When I have had hollywood waxing before the staff did all the work, at PURE I was asked to hold my fat bits witch I havent been asked to do for years.
Also I booked through PURE Website, didnt realise that the booking systen was Treatwell, when I was checking out the staff looked for payment I had payed in full on line. I was asked for proof had to look up email & banks call my Husband for bank info.VERY EMBARRASSING
I always tip well but I was so embarrassed I couldnt get out the place quick enough.
Nice place, nice atmosphere. Facial was relaxing and made my skin glow after. Does feel a little sensitive now so maybe be mindful for people with super sensitive skin but staff were great and very informative of products and advice on routines.
Excellent experience! The beautician was really chatty and friendly and she listened to what I wanted. Gave me a great shape. Couldn't be happier
