Wasn’t impressed with my manicure - I think maybe it was end of the day and the esthetician was a bit rushed. It happens but I decided to email them back with pics and they kindly offered a complimentary manicure - definitely happy the second time!!!
It appeared the girl had no experience. Most expensive set of nails I’ve ever had and it looks like I’ve done them myself. Couldn’t do a French set despite me paying extra for this (didn’t get a refund). Cuticles are not pushed up and gel is ragged and uneven.

the staff that works at this venue is very lovely and polite, and every time offer a proper spa experience!
