Shadi, the therapist, was not to blame for the poor service I experienced, but I ended up having to cancel my exfoliation treatment due to the Treatwell booking not lining up with the PURE booking system, which showed a different time. This was only explained to me after waiting around for 15 mins in the hotel and no one took accountability or apologised for the issue, hence would be very reluctant to book anything with PURE on Treatwell again. Still awaiting a refund for the forced cancellation
My massage therapist was really great however she cut my service by 10 minutes saying I booked in for a 40 minute treatment when I actually booked a 50 minute treatment. As well, the girl doing my pedicure had no clue what she was doing and I’m pretty sure it was her first time giving a pedicure. She did say to me she wasn’t good at polish which was fine but the whole experience of the pedicure was awful. My little cousin could do better.
Turned up for my appointment, it wasn’t in the system and the therapist/receptionist was clueless, spoke to the manager on the phone, excuses, spent the morning emailing and talking to customer services (kept talking over me) to get a refund, they tell me it’s Treatwell but Treatwell are saying it’s Purespa. Not the first time this has happened with Purespa but it’ll be the last time I go there
