Spa "day" but only 2.5 hours in total.
Chelsea & Haleema were fantastic - very friendly, bubbly, professional and excellent masseuses. Both of them were really customer-centric.
However the ambience of a relaxing spa was ruined by continuous slamming of doors, noisy steps due to footwear and conversation carrying through. These things can be amended though.
Food in the restaurant (not affiliated to the spa but part of the spa package) was average. Excellent service though and really elegant.
Great hot wax, wasn’t so mad about the pedicure - colour came out totally different and expensive considering no massage, exfoliating, cream etc

Me and my friend literally had the sauna and steam room to ourselves, so it felt very private. Staff were amazing, I had the swedish back massage and my friend the hot stone. We both recommend it. The staff knew exactly where to focus on and what we needed

Odd venue as it is in the basement of the hotel. But the overall experience was fine- gel nail removal was good. Just a shame the charge for a normal manicure/nail paint is £25 and there was no nail dryer, so the nail paint wrinkled before I even had walked back to Canary Wharf :( otherwise staff were lovely and very convenient from Canary Wharf
