Chelsea was brilliant when she did my waxing treatment. She helped to put my mind at ease and was very reassuring as I pre warned here that I am not very good with pain. She took it at my pace and was brilliant. Thank you Chelsea.
However, the lighting in the treatment room was not great and although Chelsea checked me over before I left to make sure she hadn’t missed any hair, once I was home and in better lighting there were lots of patches that had been missed.
Staff were amazing and incredibly friendly, it really felt like a personal experience. A little difficult to find in the hotel but a really sweet space. Only issue was noise control, as people were speaking loudly outside the treatment room and I couldn’t quite relax. Overall really great experience though, will definitely come back!
Really nice staff. Always checking if I was happy with the results. unfortunately the manicure was not neatly done and the lady that started my manicure had to rush off to another appointment and my manicure got finished by another lady that seem even less confident then the previous one. I won't go back.
