I’m really deeply disappointed with my experience. The hotel looks lovely and the spa is simple but nice enough. However the outcome of my eyebrow wax is that I now need to go somewhere else to get them fixed. The first brow has been done neatly and very well. It would appear she forgot to wax the second one by the same standards - forgetting to do the middle (so there are a couple of dark hairs) but then plucking a hole in the middle of the brow. Every therapist I sees comments on how easy my brows are to do so I really don’t understand how this has happened - maybe being the last session of the day (which also started 15mons late) is not a wise choice.
Lovely venue inside the hotel and he staff was super friendly. I'd highly recommend.
