I want to start off my saying how lovely the staff were but unfortunately the treatments just aren’t up to scratch. I got a gel manicure done for an important event and 2 hours later on my way to the event all the gel came off. I called and they gladly said they would re-do them the next day. I went back the following day and the manicure appeared to be much better however 5 days later they all came off again. The staff were very accommodating and helpful when they had realized they messed up but sadly would not recommend this place due to the standard just not being up to scratch. £50 that just didn’t stand the test

great experience, serene. staff were lovely, wax started off great. as it progressed I felt it was a bit rough and rushed especially during the bikini wax. I would go again but next time I would voice my concerns in the moement, if I were falling asleep because the ambiance was so relaxing. will definitely try other services. I think it was mostly because it was the end of the day.

I have submitted a complaint to the manager of the establishment following shockingly bad customer service in the restaurant. I'm awaiting feedback from them.
The quality of the spa treatments was good. But there was a used tissue and wine glass in the steam room (we were there early so I assume this was from the day before).
