The treatment lasts less than 15 minutes and you have to walk around in a towel in public areas ..
I was very disappointed particularly as I had bought this package as a birthday gift for someone. I booked our appointment for 2pm, which I have in writing in my email. Upon arriving at the venue at 1:50pm, I was informed that it had been booked for 1.30pm, and that I was late which made me extremely anxious and I couldn't relax and enjoy my massage. After a lot of back and forth they said they would need to cut in half. My friend whose birthday it was was also unable to enjoy it, especially as her masseuse kept rudely emphasising I can only do it for half an hour. My masseuse was actually quite nice. The massage itself was okay, nothing to sing hallelujah about. The steam room was also not working which was disappointing. For the amount I paid it was simply not worth it. The only thing preventing me from submitting this as awful was the afternoon tea, which was pleasant.
