The spa is inside David Lloyds in Purley. There is no air conditioning in the spa, while rest of the facility has central AC. The the spa facilities are poor. The staff are very nice and try to do the best with what they have been provided. Despite being priced at £50 for a pedicure, which is almost double of usual, there is no foot bath and they use a bowl full of water. They use manual scrubber to remove callous, while even basic places have better electric instruments and scrapers. Not worth.
