I gave 4 stars for my waxing as there was a few patches/lines of hair missed. It was hair the same length as the hair removed. Other than that it was good. They also knocked over a bowl of water at the start of my treatment but didn't clean it up I ended up walking in it when I was getting dressed.

I had a brazilian wax in an attractive, relaxing room. For whatever reason it was more painful than any other brazilian I've had before, but the staff were all kind. I would come back and maybe take some paracetemol beforehand!
