Overall the facilities look great and staff are really friendly, however it doesn’t seem the staff are qualified to perform are listed treatments. I was booked in for a Brazilian but ended up with a basic bikini wax, and my therapist didn’t seem comfortable or experienced in what a Brazilian wax entailed.

The treatment was professional and relaxing. The woman who worked with me (I unfortunately didn't catch her name) was fantastic! Very welcoming. The only awkward bit is check-in, because the waiting area is rather small (just a few chairs in the hallway).
