Very disappointed, booked via Treatwell arrived at the venue to be told there wasn’t an appointment but I could be fitted in later that day. Agreed but between the apt I got a call as they’d had a cancellation. The lady was lovely and friendly. I’m very familiar with the process. I had to request further waxing after she had finished as all the hair hadn’t been removed. Once home I realised there was still a lot of hair - not how I’d expect a Hollywood wax to be especially when paying over £40
