I was called in the morning asking if the appointment could be moved earlier. I said I would try my best but not guaranteed. I then received a booking amendment to say I had rescheduled my appointment to half an hour earlier. I called the spa 15mins before my original appointment time to let them know I was on my way, to which I was informed I would have a 45minutes wait as the appointment was double booked. Massage was very good, organisation stills not so much.

Lucky (my therapist) was amazing. The venue was under undergoing building work for my original appointment but the staff were so professional and offered me another appt plus a 1/2 complimentary treatment. It was out of their control and I appreciate their high customer service regardless. Great venue great treatment would highly recommend pure.

Didn’t even receive an indian head massage paid for it for absolutely nothing. I was 15 minutes late for my appointment but I had rang previous to this and was told it’d be absolutely fine. Would of rearranged if it wasn’t. Girl who did my massage had a bad attitude and was not willing to help. Think because its a David Lloyd looks are being employed rather than professionalism and experience. Wouldn’t return here again just for the sheer fact that nobody was willing to compromise with me about not receiving the head massage.
