Just had a luxury massage with the lovely Georgia. She was kind, attentive and a true gem. She made me feel relaxed and listened to throughout our interaction. She's brilliant at her job. The only annoying thing would be that the robes were clearly not made for anyone plus sized. The robe was literally open and I couldn't tie it. Georgia was quick to help however :). The music in the room kept skipping too But I was so relaxed it didn't bother me.
