I booked last minute (30 mins before the treatment started), but the salon didn't pick up the message, so when I arrived they were running late with another client and my treatment was cut short by 15 minutes. I was very unimpressed by this as I had booked an hour massage. However the massage was lovely. If the clinic is prepared to take last minute bookings, then they should review their system for this as I don't think this is acceptable or fair.

Had a lovely massage from Pure Spa. However, the therapist did not ask what pressure I liked or if I was had any problem areas which left me not feeling 100% satisfied.
