I was a little late due to public transport issues but they were fine about it so that was great! Haircut was great as usually. Will definitely be back again.
Ladies' Haircuts
A nice hair cut can't fault that. I called to confirm my appointment as it wasn't on the system and whilst I was there a girl came in and her appointment wasn't on the system either. The girl on reception seemed confused by any question asked and was having to check with other staff and everyone was kept waiting. I'd advice you defiantly call to confirm. But having said that the venue is very nice, light and bright and my hair cut looks good.
Ladies' Haircuts
Had my hair coloured. Results were okay. Didn't really come out the colour I wanted but sometimes it can't be helped. Stylist was polite.
