Ladies' Haircuts
I booked an appointment at 6pm on a Friday and from the get go I was made to feel that the stylist was desperate to be done with it and go home. Having arrived on time, I waited 15 min for the previous appointment to be finished (which I didn't have a problem with), but as soon as I sat in the chair I was told there may not be time for my blow dry - which I had paid for - because it is quite late now and I also have a lot of hair which will take time to be cut.
The haircut was ok, not the best I've had but ok. However the treatment from the stylist made me feel very awkward.
If appointments are offered at 6pm, they should be carried out in the same way as those earlier in the day and clients should get what they had paid for. The attitude was just unacceptable.
