Hello,
I would like to claim a full refund on the booking I made below through your website as Hair and the City hairdressers no longer exists.
It is the first time I used your website for booking a service and I am very disappointed. I had to lose my time looking for the place and had to find another time slot in my schedule to book alternative appointment in another place. It is unacceptable to book people for a place that does not exist.
I arrived on time but there was no hairdressers so I popped in the nearest beauty salon and was told that it has been several months since Hair and the City has been closed down.

This venue appears to have CLOSED DOWN! Booked a haircut through Wahanda, even got assigned a stylist, went to the address at my given appt time and the place was completely boarded up.
Can't really believe Wahanda are still including this venue in search results, as I've already called and informed them of this. At least I got a refund... really disappointed though.
Very pleasant experience. Lovely staff and nice releaxed atmosphere. I will visit again and look forward to using their other services.
