I came to this salon last week as a first time client. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. I was booked in for a cut and blow dry and was finished in approximately 40 minutes! This is the quickest I have ever had my hair cut and it did not even feel rushed. Previous salons have taken much longer as I do have long thick hair, however Scott cut and blow dried my hair seamlessly. Unfortunately I was unable to remember the other lady who washed my hair, however she was very sweet and gave me a wonderful head massage!
I thought there was the 50% off deal for new clients and I did state in my booking I was a new client, which the deal said to mention when booking, however I still paid full price. Not sure what happened there really, but I was so thrilled with my cut I did not really care. They are a credit to the salon and I will be returning.
One small negative is the salon could do with a re-vamp, but if you are like me and only care about the quality this will not bother you. The salon is clean and excellent value for money with charming staff.
Great service from Jay and his team... He did exactly what I wanted. Friendly, fast service eventhough I was a little late from my appointment. Will definitely go back again. Thanks

Unassuming place but easy to book and really pleased with the cut and blow dry. They took time to style my hair afterwards too which was great. Would recommend again.

I had a cut and blowdry with an Artistic Director and was pleased with the service. He recommended a cut different from my usual and I was really pleased with the result. He also suggested colouring my hair would enhance the cut so I decided to book a colour appointment based on the service I had received.
Unfortunately when I went for my colour appointment a week later I was told that I was half an hour late for my appointment (although I wasn't as I called up to confirm my appointment time during the week) and so the stylist had gone home! Apparently the diary booking was accidently moved forward half an hour when they switched my appointment to another stylist..... There were no other stylists there to do the colour for me and whilst I was offered to re-book for another time I decided not to and will take my service elsewhere.
If I based my review on the cut appointment only I would have given it 4 stars but given my second (wasted) appointment I am only giving the salon 2 stars.

Really friendly staff, great location salon a short walk from central Greenwich. I had a half head of highlights with cut and blow dry - I would definitely recommend to others!
