I went in with a picture and came out with only a passing resemblance to it but other than that the cut itself is good. It suits my hair, which is thick and wavy, and I was grateful my stylist, Yelena, did not make the usual comments about its thickness and waviness. She was precise and a little too conservative about how much to cut as she recommended a shorter cut after she'd styled it. Good value but I found the shampooing and cutting too uncomfortable as I prefer a more gentle treatment.

Friendly and chatty staff. There were two dogs in the salon - not a problem for me, but may be for some people...? Quick and efficient service and happy with my highlights. Great colour!!
Hair Colouring
This place is brilliant, I went in with red hair wanting to go back to my original colour (blonde) knowing it would be near impossible. The colour correction was brilliant and incredibly professional. Great cut and blow dry to finish it off. I thoroughly recommend booking your cut or colour here. AMAZING.

Dissatisfied with end result, although they did promptly try and rectify the cut and colour, it felt like because this was a promotion, I wasn't treated as well as a paying customer possibly would.

It was not a very friendly welcome but the stylist was professional and too real time override giving me a good cut. I think the salon may being redecorated? I was offered tea or coffee which was fine, very short head massage with conditioning treatment. There was a dog in the salon which sniffed about but not bothersome. I would go back and good cut for a affordable price..
