I am very disappointed with the final results, now my hairs are darker than before the threatment.
I arrived at the venue with a clear idea of the haircut and the colour I was looking for. I showed to the staff sample picture of the colouring and made it clear I wanted a lighter colour.
After the colouring it was evident that the dosage was wrong and the result was not even close to what agreed at the beginning. Whereas I pointed out I wasn't satisfacted, the staff tried to convice me the colour was exactly like I asked.
What a waste of money.

Felt like my haircut was very rushed and I felt that it lacked attention to detail especially once blow dry was complete.
Once completed I wasn't shown the end result in a mirror which I found slightly strange. Good value for money with the offer I got but would be disappointed if I'd paid full price!
