I was turned away at the booking despite having pre paid as the salon had double booked with a client who had booked directly. They were unable to refund as I had to email the manager to ask for a refund (which I will do in office hours). They stated this is likely due to a problem reconciling Treatwell booking with their system (I was at least the 2nd customer this week who had the same experience). I did not receive my treatment. As a loyal customer of the salon I am very disappointed.
Lorena was very friendly and welcoming. She made me feel very relaxed and comfortable in what is a superb salon a short walk away from the centre of Greenwich. I would highly recommend.
