It was a positive experience, but I wasn’t overwhelmed. I booked the appointment. The girl that washed my hair used too much shampoo, and was washing my hair for almost 20 minutes – I just wanted a nice and quick blowdry! The girl that did my hair was lovely, not much conversation though!
