Hair Colouring
Pros: I like the haircut and the girl who cut my hair was very friendly (these are the most important things!). Cons: awkward when I first arrived as the owner just seemed to ignore everyone and play on his phone and the girl who washed my hair didn't say a word to me, not even hello. If you get the right person cutting your hair it's a good experience!
Hair Colouring
The stylist was lovely and gave some helpful advice when I asked her questions about colouring. The salon has lots of character with the parrot / fish / doggies running around.

Absolutely LOVE this place! The people are lovely, really welcoming, so natural and sincere in their ideas and always a lot of fun to be around. I usually have Jai for cutting and extensions and Demi for colour - they are both amazing and I cannot recommend them highly enough! I will never go anywhere else for my hair again. Jai is a bloomin' genius with hair.
I have been coming to Hair and the City for about 13 years now when Vijay (the owner) took me under his wing and saved my hair frim disaster. I would never go anywhere else now. I don't even choose what I want as I don't have much of an idea so I just go in and let Vijay do his thing and I always look amazing after. I really couldn't recommend this salon and its staff enough.
