My first waxing appointment here at this salon and came away feeling disappointed. The room was poorly lit and the beauty therapist had trouble seeing hairs to be removed. The wax was not heated in arrival as it seemed that the room was not prepped in time. Elina was excellent and professional but her work was made harder by the lack of lighting and wax that was not ready. When I got home, I had to finish the waxing job. It was such a shame because the salon is so conveniently located.

I had a lovely manicure with Elina. She understood that I prefer to share my own nails and didn't push to do them again. Elina was friendly and welcoming. She gave me plenty of choices of shades and did a great job. All the staff were very friendly and I was well looked after.
