Place was clean and had a warm welcome. One of rare places opened on Sunday, which is great for emergency waxing appointments. Sadly, the beautician left quiet bit of a hair. Which at glance I did not notice and could not correct her. Not sure why but she did the work pretty much with one hand only and was cheering a gum the whole time. Left me feeling like she did not care.

I usually come here for my hollywood wax because i thought it was the best in town. I always went to the same technician who did it super well and clean. Last time, another lady did my wax and she did not respect what i was saying. she did not wait for the wax to be dried and it was insanely painful. I left with bruises all over my bikini area which i have never experienced before. She did NOT know what she was doing and i am left with a lot of red bumps and spots!

I love going to Pure Wax to get my beauty fix in my lunch breaks or after work. The staff are all very pleasant and great at waxing and threading. I love that they are always playing amusing TV shows to distract from the waxing pain!
