appointment booked through Treatwell however, time was changed when confirmed by venue. Then appointment started about 20/25 minutes late. As result, treatment was quite rushed. Not badly done but wasn't the usual level of service and care. After appointment completed, received email telling me my appointment had been moved again to a slot close to (but not) the time I was actually seen. Like they were trying to make it seem like there hadn't been a delay.
