Fran was amazing! I was ill so had to rearrange twice but Fran was happy to do so. Having read reviews I knew I needed to walk through the gift shops - it's weird but bear with it! Fran was friendly, made me feel very relaxed and it was one of the best, least painful, quickest waxes I've ever had - will definitely go back. Highly recommend pure wax and Fran!
