I was early for my appointment and all the staff were complaining that they wanted to leave and didn’t want to work at this time. Ahlam complained that she was supposed to go home already, and the appointment was rushed. I booked a hot wax package but they used both strip and hot wax. I was left with wax stuck to my skin, which stuck my leg to my clothes. I had to re clean my legs when I got home and it’s patchy. This is the second time I’ve had this experience which an evening appointment.
