I think I had the same lady as the last complaint I made. My first two experiences here has been great but then I had an experience that wasn’t good where my brows were left too thin and it wasn’t tidied up. The lady doesnt wait long enough for wax to dry it makes it more painful and sticky than it should be. A lot of hair is left behind since wax loses its strength not having time to set. Also she just digs the tweezers to your skin. Second time i’m bleeding after a wax never happened before.
