Everything is rushed - 25 mins for a hollywood wax is very fast - no consideration for pain or after care, the room was really bright - some random television was playing a TV show - no relaxing music or dim lighting - it was all just very abrasive.
Woman who did my wax was not at all gentle, didnt care to hold the skin after just let it feel raw and painful - no warning of what would hurt most, just ripping strips off. I believe Sabia did it and I would never go back.
