Although the member of staff who performed the waxing was polite and very friendly, I was surprised that she didn’t wear gloves (very intimate area). She also used tweezers that came from a shelf in a cupboard and did not appear to be sterilised or kept in a sterilised condition. I also believe the wax was “double dipped” which I understand should not happen and I cannot be sure that the wax was new. More hair was removed that I expected and afterwards on inspection there are lots of hairs remaining on areas that should have been removed but I am reluctant to use a razor on them so as not to irritate the area. It’s a shame as the beautician was very friendly and reassuring. I’m afraid I wouldn’t use the salon again.

I have not been for a gel nail treatment for many years. I was surprised at how much i enjoyed having nice nails again. I think it was Kira who did my nails, sorry not sure, but she was very nice and friendly, and did a very good job. i shall be going back soon, and will keep the nice look of my nails up. Thank you, great price too.
