On Treatwell I booked for my mum and I to have a pedicure at the same time, and then rang on the morning to double check that it was all okay. They said that only one person at a time could have a pedicure so they suggested we have an hour each, one after another which I thought was a shame but it was better than nothing. I then got a phone call half an hour before my appointment saying that it was double booked so we went for half an hour each. I was then told that I would not get a refund (even though it was not my fault) but they have given me £8 credit to spend next time I go but I do not think this is acceptable.
