Had a eyebrow wax and shape and tint on a special offer for £15 which was good value. Place is nice and ambience ok but radio was on with football commentary so not very relaxing in that respect.
Kira was really professional, and spent time talking over the colour and shape before she started. I would definitely recommend their services again, the cost was great and I love my new shaped eyebrows.
Only gave a 4 because it was my first time getting this treatment so have nothing to compare it to but overall v happy with the results
The gentleman on reception was very loud and had a very militant voice, but we well meaning and friendly.
The lady that did my massage appears to have never done one before, with most of the appointment very gently pulling my hair, and only asking when she was done if the pressure was ok, it wasn’t, I like it much firmer than I had.
I should have said I didn’t enjoy it, but they were incredibly accommodating considering I’d only booked five minutes before. The gentleman on reception seems to dislike people using Treatwell, preferring instead their own app, if this is the case then I’d recommend coming off!!
