I booked an appointment for a facial at 6pm and wasn't seen until 18.45 as they were running behind schedule. When u had my treatment Jill was very nice explained what she was using and how it will help my skin. The facial was great and felt relaxing.
I would recommend the facial only issue was the delay in the appointment.

Absolutely shocking. I had my hair tinted end of last year, which was great, then when I tried to book today, at first they couldn't find me, then they said I needed a colour test, which I had last time, then they stated that they didn't hold enough colour in stock, even though I was told last time that the mother in law uses same colour so always have in stock. Then they didn't know what to do. How unprofessional.
My appointment was at 9:30. Nobody turned up till 9:45 then my hairdresser at 9:50. The colour was ok not great and I wasn't told of extra charges for toner. The cut was good as was the blowdry. Really don't like giving this sort of feedback just being honest.
