I am a professional SPA Specialist, loving my job and doing my best to improve ones well-being.
I believe that our hearts as well as our bodies speak to us ALL THE TIME, however the problem is that most of us are ignoring and suppressing what our body craves for.
I believe that we CANNOT feel and be happy if our ''cup is empty''. We cannot be the best version of ourselves if we are constantly putting ourselves and our well-being last. We must stop putting our desires for self care in the last place in our priority list. By allowing ourselves to indulge in self care pleasures, we are able to feel more balanced, satisfied and fulfilled, so we could be our best versions of ourselves.
I am truly excited to be able to provide a space for you to come and ''fill up your cup'', I have tried my best to create an environment that would help you feel very relaxed and give you a chance to ''switch off'' from the real world and embrace the feeling of letting go all your worries and let your body, mind and spirit rejuvenate.
