I’ve often found hairdressers intimidating and visits necessary but unpleasant experiences. Taylor lets you be yourself, her expertise and knowledge are excellent but best of all, she listens and ‘gets’ what you’re after even if you’re not quite sure yourself. I trust her and always leave feeling good and confident to be able to ‘forget’ about my hair until the next colour and cut. Her conversation is also always interesting and stimulating - I now enjoy having my hair done.
