I've never been to Purpose Hair before so was a little nervous especially as the pricing is so cheap but when I walked in, it was clean, professional and Rosy, my hair dresser was so chatty and lovely. It was a pleasure to meet her! She did get some advice from her manager about my hair but I understood that as everyone learns that way by asking advice. She took her time on my hair and made sure that it was absolutely perfect! She really is knowledge and I could see how passionate she is.
