Booked an appointment but had to be changed to the same day because there wasn’t actually any availability but it then felt very rushed. Usually absolute love this salon and the way my hair turns out but after this experience I was really disappointed with my hair and will have to consider if I will be returning.

Claire was lovely and really looked after me/my hair! From London so was looking for a haircut whilst in Nottingham as it’s better value and it certainly was - great cut/dry for half the price!!

Q hair are really great! When due to staff illness they couldn't do the time I had selected, they provided a suitable alternative and communicated really well. Jess was brilliant and listened to what I wanted and transformed my hair with a wash,cut and style. Highly recommended. :)
