I’ve been here twice now (acrylic nails the first time, and a nail refill and pedicure the second) and both time they did a fantastic job. The staff are friendly, my nails look great, what more could you ask for really.

Nice place, love the the foot massage they do with the oil and hot stones.
However I think it’s abit expensive for west kensington

My nail treatment was fast and efficient. The lady who did them was professional and did a good job. The only thing I’d recommend to the other staff that wasn’t working would be to put their phones on silent as they beeped throughout my session. Besides that, good experience.

Staff are not welcoming or polite. They went through entire manicure, hardly saying a word. The room is also dusty in places, and the towels don’t look clean.
Location is convenient, being close to home, otherwise I wouldn’t go back.
