I had to wait sometime before being seen even though had appointment. The pedi was good but could have been better

I booked for acrylic infills and got charged an extra £10 for gel (there was no option to book for this online), left my cuticles in a bad way, staff really rude, lots of people waiting for appointments as over booked - way too over priced
I’ve come back to Q Nails a second time and will keep visiting. Really like the staff there, treatments are super neat but don’t take too long.
