I have back , neck and shoulder massage fortnightly.Charlie always asks where my problem area is and concentrates on that area if needed. Friendly and professional in her approach. I have been going to Charlie for nearly two years on a monthly basis and I have always found her very professional, friendly and thorough in how she provides the service I have requested.
