The person who gave the massage was nice and welcoming. I would however say that the massage itself wasn't great. There was a few minutes of kneading on the spine (not next to it).
My main qualm was: 1) way too much oil was used which made the initial massage too slippery
2) it was so oily that at the end she actually got a flannel and wiped me down
3) she proceeded to cover me in *a lot of* tiger balm which gave a burning sensation
The face massage was good and would recommend

The staff at this small, but mighty shop were so detailed-oriented and kind. It was my first visit with them, and they were extremely thorough, but with a tender touch.
