Venue signage is too small so it makes it difficult to find (especially when driving), they didn’t answer the phone in the morning so I couldn’t let them know I was running late / try to rearrange (and there was no voicemail option) I rang at least three times, and sadly because I was too late they didn’t rebook me in (which is my fault, however it’s a shame as I lost my deposit and I was planning to be a regular customer as the venue is local, but I don’t feel encouraged to go again).
