Had such great acupuncture & moxibustion. My consultant was really knowledgeable and gave an excellent treatment. I was was also given really good advice on how to improve my wellbeing with TCM. Highly recommend & will visit again!

Not my first time here so was very disappointed with the level of service received. Firstly arrived and they put my in the basement where it was freezing and terribly noisy (directly under the store next door so all I could hear was by passers arguing) - far from relaxing! On top of that i mentioned how freezing it was in the room (suggesting to increase temperature however that was ignored). Acupuncture was mediocre but the massage was TERRIBLE. The masseuse's techniques was just aggressive poking and slapping (it has left me in more pain). I am disgraced to have paid for this service.

Decent value for money but not the most attentive staff. They seemed in a rush and left promptly and never came back until procedure was over. Seeing as the lamp was burning my leg for half of it it was pretty uncomfortable.
