They've left me with the cups for too long - it was supposed to be around 20 minutes, I stayed for 35+ and it started to get really painful.
I think the therapist should have came to check on me half way to see how i feel with the cups.

It was one of the worst massages I’ve had in a while. They were running 10 minutes late, no apology or explanation. The lady I had spoke little English and when I explained my issues with my shoulder she didn’t understand me. The massage bed was in a small cramped room with one side against the wall so she couldn’t get to a lot of the problem areas on my left hand side.
