the venue was very clean and nicely organised. Really loved the steam room and swimming pool facilities. However, I did find the Jacuzzi area rather small and would of loved it to have been larger. Also a shortage of chairs in the swimming area, would love to have a area to sit in the pool in too. The massage facilities were amazing and really enjoyed the treatment

The treatments at the spa (facial and massage) were particularly excellent. The therapist, Martine, was very friendly and professional and did a wonderful job.

I haven’t been to a spa in the UK before so I tried out this place and I was impressed. The staff were very friendly and made the experience a lot better. The hot tub is slightly small but other than that everything was great, we booked a couples massage and both Martine and Sabiha were amazing. Highly recommend!
