Martine did my treatments and she was brilliant. She was really lovely, made me very comfortable, gave me a brilliant massage and facial based on what I told her and gave me some good skin care tips.

Great, firm massage and a lovely facial. This was my 3rd time at Quad club for a massage. Staff are friendly and helpful. Only areas for improvement for me were that I would have preferred to be consulted before the facial to understand my skin type/ needs and have the products explained to me. New guests should also note that the spa facilities (pool, jacuzzi, steam room) are shared with guests of the hotel who aren’t always there for the spa/ to relax, though I haven’t had any problems.
