It was a great massage, strong yet still relaxing. It was a little too strong on my lower back which was tender to touch for a couple of days post the massage. Nice clean facilities and friendly staff.

The staff spend a few minutes chatting to us about our requirements to tailor the massage to what we would like. We had a couples massage which ended up being a half and half massage and hot stone massage, which was absolutely fantastic. The spa itself is very nice and has good facilities. Would highly recommend.
Clean environment and great service. It would have been great if I was given any advice on my nails. They are brittle and weak and I was not aware that shellac was not the best option for them. Some of my nails had started to chip the next day.
The experience was great from beginning to the end, the hot stones massage was great, the staff was really helpful.
I would recommend the visit to a friend.
I have attended Quad on several occasions for massages during my pregnancy and after recently giving birth, I really needed a deep tissue massage. I was not overwhelmed with the results like i usually am with Quad. The room I had my massage in was freezing and I asked on numerous occasions whether the air con was off but it was FREEZING despite the lady saying it was off. I specified that due to carrying my baby I had a lot of stress in my lower back area, this seemed to go unheard even though I mentioned it several times. My massage also finished 15 minutes ahead of schedule when I checked the clock which was ridiculous considering the fact I paid for 55 mins. Up until this point I’ve always raved about Quad but I think it may have been one of those days for them as they are normally really good. Maybe I should've been more outspoken at the time about the negatives but you'd like to think that on saying things once or even twice, then that should be enough to ensure you receive the massage you've so been looking forward to in the manner that it should be given.
