The receptionist was friendly and the waiting room was very nicely decorated. My massage therapist was very nice and showed genuine concern when I explained my back problems. She then tailored the massage to suit my needs and worked on my shoulders and right upper back/arm as I asked her. I will definitely go back again.
I booked a Saturday afternoon treatment just before my stay at the hotel. After emailing the Spa I was called back straight away and booked in for an 85 minute back, face and scalp treatment. The attitude and personality of the staff made the whole experience a pleasure and the treatment has given me just the boost I needed.
