I really enjoyed the hot stone massage and would definitely choose this treatment again

Our booking was rescheduled three times on the day, so we ended up being late for our massage to no fault of our own. The massage therapist was ill and had flu but her massage was good and enjoyable despite the fact that she shouldn't have been working. The toilets and showers were not clean, and didn't feel like an environment conducive to a relaxing spa environment.

Massage was too rough, the therapist pulled me hair. Staff were lovely and professional though, facilities were great, would go again
